I have been reading several negative posts about Banks Engineering on here in varying threads. I just want to say that I have been very satisfied with Banks. The sales person Marcos has always been very helpful.
I have had the six gun tuner for about a year and yesterday installed the speed brake. After installing the speed brake the PDA responded with fault 34, OBDII CAN communication error. I checked and rechecked everything but could find nothing wrong. I called Banks tech support and talked to Cliff. He knew right away what the problem was and said he would have someone call me with a new firmware download. Within an hour James called me from tech support and confirmed that I need a new firmware download. He immediately emailed it to me with instructions and I downloaded it to the tuner. The problem seems to be solved.

X2. Same problem with the Speed Brake, and same rapid results to correct the problem. Jeff Barker and the rest of the staff have been extremely helpful and care about the customers who they sell their products to.
