I have been reading several negative posts about Banks Engineering on here in varying threads. I just want to say that I have been very satisfied with Banks. The sales person Marcos has always been very helpful.
I have had the six gun tuner for about a year and yesterday installed the speed brake. After installing the speed brake the PDA responded with fault 34, OBDII CAN communication error. I checked and rechecked everything but could find nothing wrong. I called Banks tech support and talked to Cliff. He knew right away what the problem was and said he would have someone call me with a new firmware download. Within an hour James called me from tech support and confirmed that I need a new firmware download. He immediately emailed it to me with instructions and I downloaded it to the tuner. The problem seems to be solved.
