: 2007 Lbz jim e willson 02-23-2009, 11:29 PM I am buying a 07 silverado and am told by the dealer that the injectors are not covered under the drive line warranty. Also there is an inconsistant ticking noice coming from the bell housing / tranny area. Any ideas? The ticking noise is common, but have it checked just in case - should be the sound of the EGR motor doing its thing. diesel geezer 02-25-2009, 08:14 PM The injectors are covered. The tick could be normal. There have been service bulletins describing that kind of noise, but I would be very wary of a dealer who didn't know the terms of the warranty. | ||
