Anyone having a problems with truck not wanting to start when cold. I have a 2007 LBZ and the Glow plug light comes on and goes off but truck is still hard to start.

hows the fuel filter? What are the temps like? I have an 07 LBZ and it's never given me a problem at all. I don't plug it in either.
