Suburban will just die,it does it about 4 to 6 weeks.
Have a external fuel filter with drain valve top on the
head and on filter bottom.
When engine dies, can open either valve a second then
it will crank right up and run a few weeks no problem.
Can any one give me a clue as to what to do to fix this
situation??

Usually have been driving at least 1/2 hour and out side
Temp about 60F. Just weird to me. Driving it 15 years.

Thanks,
Dewey

IF your lp is working properly, then next check for air in lines, likely in between tank and ext. filter you have something leaking a little

Dewey run through the Lift pump/OPS FAQ/diagnostics, also thread on gnds, may be 2 problems, lift is dying and small air leak when lift is dead is allowing system to be airbound, IP will pull its own fuel but can't pull air, so if lift is intermmitently supplying fuel overcoming air leak most days you are surviving the air, also have a look at "snot in my stocking thread" also linked in FAQ
