Last Monday, the light came on when I started it up in the morning. Took to Dealer. Got it back that afternoon Invoice Stated: Intake Air Heater Fuse Open-Intake Air Heater Relay Shorted. Replaced Intake Air Heater Fuse- Replaced Intake Air Heater and Glow Plug Controller.

Wednesday Morning, started it up, Service Engine Light on again, Took it to dealer, got it back that afternoon,
Invoice States:
Scan Test--P0540, Fuel Heater Fuse Open Circuit- No Short In Wiring Found-Test Fuel Heater In Fuel Filter Housing---Replace Fuel Filter Housing.

Friday Morning Start engine, Service Engine Light on again. Take it to Dealer, Techican plugs in Tech II, says it set same code. Doesn't know what is wrong with it this time. Says this system only works when it gets below 48 degrees out side. All he knows is it blowed the Fuel Heater Fuse again.
Has anyone run into this problem before? Any help would be appreciated.

The red wire coming off the top of the filter housing, might make sure that hasnt rubbed through some where. Obviously there is a short, fuses dont just blow or wear out.
