I would like to know at what rpm's the tranny shifts from 3,4,5. Is there a difference in tow haul.

Yes big difference between regular and TH. TH should be around 2500 even at low and medium throttle, regular with a lite foot you should be in the 1800 range or so. 3200 at WOT regardless TH or regular
