I did some wheeling friday and got my K&N (in the stock air box) dirty, so I took it out and replaced it with the stock filter while I cleaned and re-oiled it. I set it out in the sun for a few hours to make sure it was dry. In the meantime I drove around with the OEM filter in, no problems. I then installed the K&N back in and recieved a P0103 I erased the code with the Predator and tried the OEM filter again the P0103 came back (P0103 Mass Air Flow Circut, High Input) The real time data for the MAF is reading 63.05lb/m with both filters. Every time I erase it, it comes back. Help! ps. heres a couple wheeling pics. My guess is a bad MAF?

The gassers have a big problem when the MAF sensors get coated with air filter oil. Their sensors are different and can be cleaned off with some carb or brake cleaner. I've never cleaned a Dmax one but you might try to clean off yours, it sounds like the same problem.

I can see the sensors in there and I will try that, thanks.

Make sure all four clamps are real tight and you have a good seal on the lid.
