I have the opportunity to purchase a take out engine from a 99 with basically no mods and 150k miles. my question is as to whether this would be a good upgrade for me or would i be better off to rebuild my engine. I've recently blown a head gasket or cracked a head I haven't investigated too much but the truck has 215k miles on it now so Im not that surprised its giving issues. thanks in advance guys!
