:( I have installed a dual pod gauge set up in my truck and sometimes the gauge just pegs out when I am at idle or driving on down the road, not even beating her so it is definitly not running no 1300 degrees or we would have had meltdown by now.

I have tried to contact Banks to no avail (the tech service is always busy). When I bought the truck the thermocoupler was already installed and all wires were ran into the cab. Sometimes it works and sometimes it dont, any suggestions ?

If it were me, I'd replace the thermocouple and the wiring to be sure it was done right. I wouldn't expect Banks to be of much help since you're running a unknown brand thermocouple and the wiring may have been installed improperly.
