Is there any big strength differences between the two? The only difference really is one has a 6th gear? Just curious. Buddy is looking for a new truck and he asked if he should try and find a 6spd or is the 5spd ok

Buddy is looking for a new truck and he asked if he should try and find a 6spd or is the 5spd ok I know the 6 spd has the upgraded c-2 piston that comes with the full transgo kit for the 5 spd.Other than that I am not sure.You can always give Mike L a call or Merchant Automotive.
