I have a Hypertech programmer set on level 3 in my 'o2 dmax. I have ran it for the past 4 months with no problems.
I changed the tire size setting in the program from stock 265s since thati s what I recently put on. Now I get the ABS and brake lights on the dash. I can shut off the ignition, start it back up, and it's fine until I start driving. Then the dash warning lights come on again.
I changed the setting on the program back to factory tie size and the problem went awat. No codes are being thrown while this is happening.
Has anyone had this problem or know what is going on and how I can fix it?

Thanks for any and all input.

Reprogrammed it all in again this morning. I had inadvertantly punched in the wrong tire size. I talked to the guys at Hypertech just to confirm and they agreed that was the problem. It runs great now with no dash lights or DTC's.
Thanks for the tech line address.

I have had the Hypertech installed and on level 3 since December '04 as well as a K&N intake setup and 4" exhaust. Right now I am running 265s but will increase to 285s at next tire change after cranking up my tbars.
I don't drive mine all the time and when i do, i try to be half way nice with it since i cannot afford a new tranny.
I really like the power gains and also it has helped with the mileage.
If you use yours for a daily driver, then I think that you will like the setup. If you're looking for big gains and serious drag racing, then you might look at spending the extra $$$ and go with the Edge with attitude.
Whatever you do, I would look at gauges for sure.
