I just got one, wanna know of who's got one and what they think. I've read several threads/posts. Only driven it 3 hours or so, to be completly honest, not as impressed as I thought(or was hoping) to be. So far I believe the edge FEELS stronger. Tranny seems to be shifting great if not better, but the amount of power seems to be quite less.

Stacking with edge is smokey!:D Dosen't really seem any faster though.

It isn't bad once the tranny comes around, but I don't have any upgrades on my tranny either so I am not going higher than 65.
McRat suggested it to me until something better comes out(TTS) and I trust his opinion with all the testing he has done!

The Predator made less HP on the dyno than the Juice on my LLY. Best to date is 399 with the Predator. It is a good tune though, no fuel system issues with it on mine yet. The real value is the scan tool functions, speedo adjust, limiter delete etc.

I think the Predator has plenty more in store for it too.

I have just started testing the VA / Predator stack, it seems to pull pretty well. It is the closest thing I have run on the truck to matching the way my LB7 pulls. Good smoke if you want it and it blasts up to 90 pretty fast.

put that thing on 120 hp then tell us what you think

The 100HP LLY Predator is deceptively quick. Take it to the dragstrip. You'll be surprised how hard it runs.

Is it the "best" tune for an LLY? Nope. But for $$$, it is very, very good.

Stack it with a VA LLY and it will impress all but the most jaded.

I carry the Predator everywhere I go because it's the best low priced scanner available for Duramaxes. I suggest all LLY hotrodders have one in their toolbox.

anyone running pred w juice as a daily driver? if so what levels are you using/seem to like the most?

I'm running both. I run the pred at 40hp and the juice whatever I feel like for the day and/or moment. The 40 tune gives it a little more kick when cold. When I turn up the juice and get on it I don't notice any improvement with the pred extra 40hp using my seat of the pants meter just more smoke http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/images/smilies/cool2.gif.
I read a while back someone said use the High pred tune and add the juice to that might give better results.
