I wanna see if anybody has tried the PPE Regular or Hot Xcellerator and if the hp numbers the say are true. 180flywheel for LLY on the Hot.

I have the PPE HOT Xcellerator and this thing ought to be illegal! In extreme tune (4) I have more ponies than the trans can handle.

I have a buddy with the shape shifter, 6 gun from Banks, RBP exhaust system and Airraid intake on a 04 Ford F-250. I tear him up EVERY time!

I highly recommend it. Just be careful! I have shut my tranny down once on Extreme tune!

Just imagine how wild it would be then if you stacked it with some big power box also. I can't wait. I believe what someone said a couple days ago about they give it by this summer the LLY will be ahead of the LB7 in power.

Awesome, I could just imagine how much power could come out of that. I'm still wondering how much more the Hot Juice will be than the regular when it comes out,if it will be the same as the LB7 or more.

Numbers in Sig are PPE extreme tune + Van Aaken, both on "kill". Need to do more testing.

Does the stated numbers go down the higher you go? If you take the flywheel rating for the LLY(310) and use the Hot Xcellerator on high that should be like 490hp. And then if you've stacked it with a Van Aaken(don't know what hp it has) it should be more than what you actually have though shouldn't it McRat? How much HP gets taken away from flywheel to Rearwheel? How does the Xcellerator compare to the other Programmers for overrall feel and driving?

Brochure HP never impresses me. PPE advertises "crankshaft HP". If that wrong? Yes and no. Car modifications are usually stated in inflated crankshaft numbers, yet most diesel mods are sold based on RWHP. Some aren't even rated! A wise man once told me, "It is what it is!".

But...

What it can do at the track is #1.
If there is no track, use a dyno.
The PPE tune I am testing is about 150rwhp gain. More than any other tune I've tested by 25rwhp or more.

To the best of my knowledge, it is available on request.

Ask for the Palmdale Tune.

Of course the numbers of each added program go down! Other wise there would be 3,000 horsepower duramaxs all over the place. You can not use the 310 fwhp LLY then add 215 rwhp Stealth, 120 rwhp juice, 200 rwhp NOS, 100 rwhp propane, 100 rwhp water/meth, and expect to have well over 1,000 rwhp.

I would if my 96 was paid off right now and McRat's right, I am trying to learn about everything on these trucks even before I get one. It doesn't mean when guys are addicted to powerI'm not just talking diesel power (although I'm addicted too) it means most any Power.

I truly wish I could get it right now but still paying on hospital bills and such and want to pay truck/Grizzly off before I get my Duramax I want. I don't want to be like my friend when he bought his Powerstroke brand new and didn't put nothing down and was paying like $700 month.

I wanna run it up in miles and don't really want it already way up there when I get it. That's the color I want and I'll go out of state to find it if I have to. Gotta got to bed, tired.
