Im just finishing up with the head gasket swap on my truck and i cant remember how the glow plug module was wired up.

I have the one glow plug wire hooked up to the driver side rear glow plug then the other end hooked to the rear terminal on the glow plug box. I have the big red wire from the "Ectrical center" going to the front passenger side terminal of the glow plug box. I also have one more big ring connector going to the red power distribution box and i think it goes to the front driver side terminal on the glow plug box. I remember there being two ring connectors on one though and i cant tell how it was from any of my pics.

Also where is the wire that powers the passenger side glow plugs? I also have a wire in my loom that has two small ring conenctors on it that just goes from one end to the other. is this a jumper wire for the passenger to the driver side glow plug rails?

Ok i think the wire from the distribution box goes to the alternator :) But what about the others? Does anyone have a pic of they glow plug box?

I'm in the same situation right now, I was in a hurry taking it apart and forgot to take note of which ones went where. Some pics would be nice if anyone has some.

Ok well i think i have it. Intake air heater ring connetor to front driver side terminal. Rear driver side glow plug ring connector to the rear driver terminal. There is a small ring conenctor wire that i ran from the front of the driver side glow plugs to the front of the passenger side glow plug rail. Then i ran the ring terminal from the "electrical center" to the front passenger side terminal. This seems to make sense to me.

Well i have the engine atleast cranking over now. The glow plug rail did get warm to the touch with key forward so i am assuming i have them hooked up right.

Sweet that's how I guessed it, that helps thanks. Does it matter if the two red wires with the blue wrap on them get mixed up? I'm guessing it doesn't matter.

Thery cant, one connector is male and one is female (you could hook them together). I havent gotten the truck to start with this setup but the glow plug rail is getting warm to the touch

Haha well i was just curious if the glow plug and intake heater were on the right terminals. Like if the IAH stays on longer than the glow plugs or something.
