Anyone have a good smoke tune on their dsp5 switch. I'm looking for a nice thick stream. The dsp doesn't give you all the tables to work with, so i want to look at how you went about it. I want one that makes tailgaters disappear.

Just ramp up your throttle limting so that you get into the fuel faster. You just have to change that one table

Yeah i had that pretty low, now it's getting there. A touch more will do it good. No other tables will help?

go to the the main inj table and in the lower right corner you will see some boxes that will be like 2 high and 5 wide i think. i will have to get to the shop and look on the other computer, but change them to like 4000.0 if you would like i will give you my dsp stuff when i get the mileage all done and you can try them all out

What table are you talking about? Definitely dont change The TBIQ table to all 100 your engine will go wide open the second you start it

It's rolling pretty good now. I forgot i had all the dsp tunes you sent me saved in my e-mail. I went back to those to get a basic idea of what to change. I want to get the stream stretched out a little now. :D I'm looking at the TBIQ. I'm wanting to lug it out down lower

I'd play with B0751 and B0752 before I messed with TBIQ

The throttle limiting chart that is based on rpm? I want it so when u step on the gas at 1200rpm that's 100% of the power not 60%

I assume your talking about B0727 Throttle base Injection Quantity? The numbers in that table are what the Main Injection Pulse table uses as the y-axis. I adjust those for more low end power and better throttle response. Also seems to be a good way to get more smoke of the start.

It's at 3700 at the far bottom right 2 up and 5 across going the left.

I think Larry is talking about the MAF limiting tables not the Pulse Width :D

True dat.:p: I had 0720 and 0721 in my head.

Ok Ok, i'll listen to the dsp5 tune god. Those won't mess with my other dsp tunes being they are in the base then? And 0752 is only with egr on, so does it still use that table if my egr is off?
