My truck starts perfect when cold, but when it has been driven it is getting harder and harder to crank. It has been taking around 10-15 seconds of turning over before it fires off. The fuel filter has been changed religiously at every oil change. I changed it again two weeks ago when I first noticed this problem, but it hasn't helped. Anyone else had this problem?

Sounds like possibly some high return rates on the injectors. Monitoring fuel pressure with a tech-2 while cranking would give some valuable info here.

injectors or pump. Need to see balnce rates and maybe flow test.

Thanks for the responses, but why does it only happen when it is hot? If it was a balance or pump or return issue, wouldn't it have the same problem no matter what the temperature? It still doesn't make sense.
