If I wanted to run my PPE on the 225 setting or higher... What needs to be done in order for the transmission to hold up? It would be a daily driver with the occasional "running it hard".... Any info is greatly appreciated. Thanks!! By the way, 07 Reg Cab 2500HD LBZ stock excpet the PPE tuner and Silverline 4" turbo back straight pipe...

u have the potential power so I would say do the suncoast IV or even beter the V. that way u know that no mater what power u give her she can handle it. Beter to put the extra few $100 up front then have a stage 2 or 3 go on u and then your back to stage one!

Are you just "running it hard" on the street, or taking it to the track and doing boosted 4WD launches? Truck pulls? It makes a difference in what you will need to do. Most guy's buy more than they need.
I have seen stock clutches and a TTS upgrade, transgo jr., ATS pump kit and converter take on the drag strip, daily heavy towing and a few street beatings here and there with 500 plus rwhp. No problems and its consistant at the track. It is a 6 speed and its impressive.

None of the above.... This is a daily driver, will never see the track, only thing it will ever tow MAY be a bobcat once or twice a year around town... The only "beating" this thing will see will be the occassional red light challenge against grandma in the next lane... So maybe I dont have to worry about anything... I will not go further than the 90hp tune period..

I would just install a TransGo Jr. and not be to hard on it. That should hold up fine for you. :D
How much is this ATS pump kit???

The ATS pump kit is for the hard core racer only. It has a tendancy to wear out the inside of the front rotating assembly where the rings ride and notch the inside of the C2 grooves. It also wears the pump after a while.
This is a price you pay to compete at the top level.
On the street you do not need 300+ psi all the time.
