Joe Palmer 02-08-2009, 08:46 PM I have installed a TM and gauge. I disconnected the vac lines at W/G solenoid & plugged the holes to the solenoid. When pulling away rather gently from a stop sign I get 3psi boost. I also throw a 236 code. Is this normal & if so will a 10K resistor or pot solve this problem. Or does that only work with "S" engines? Torque454 02-08-2009, 11:24 PM its not normal as long as you left the electrical connection hooked up to the solenoid. You should not get any codes, even without the 10k pot. | ||
