Today when i went to change to tune with my programmer i plugged it in and nothing. The screen never came on. Its like it never turned on. Anyone have any advice or have the same problem before.

Not sure of power down there and would assume it is fused. Go down to a local auto parts store and see if they can connect their scan reader to it and see if it comes on. If not then would say fuse is blown if there is one. If it works then an issue with the Quad whether the plug has a pin pushed back. Not sure how it is made. Never looked on the DashHawk or EFILive I have as to how the plug is made.

Check your "cig lighter" fuse or your power point fuse. They are on the same fuse as the OBD2 port.

That would be your problem!
