Hello new to the forum. Anyone have a straight axle in there duramax? If so who makes a good kit? Coil over think would be best. Fab and welding comes natural so the conversion would be fun to say the least. Been wanting to do one on my next truck an 06 crew only want 4" lift and 33" tires as i pull alot of heavy trailers. Love the diesel power!! Sick of replacing suspension parts and tires (front and rear LOL) in my 02 with a cognito leveling kit. Had another 02 with a rancho 4" liked that but would like the strait better.

Do a search on here and you'll have enough reading for days. ORU Pure Performance and Rock Krawler make the kits to do the swap. I believe all three kits have been done by at least one person. Tons of info and help. I'll be going with ORU once I get some money saved up after having to pay for my wedding.
