Have any of you changed the Crank Position Sensor? How hard of a job is it? Do you have to remove the fan and the shroud to get to it? I am sure hoping that it is the sensor and not the reluctor (sp?) ring becoming loose as I have read.

If it is this ring, have any of you changed this? How hard is that?

BTW--- MIL Code P0335

take your upper fan shroud off and take the fan off. then its just a 10 or a 12mm bolt i think.
Pull it out and put your finger in the hole and see if you can move the reluctor wheel. if you can then rip all the acc brackets off and get to the timing cover.
your gona have to take the rad and the intercooler out to make things much easyer.
Take the timing cover off, and remember the bolts from the oil pan. then when you have to take the wheel off, take a alen key and cut the short end so that is just long enough to fit in the bolt head and twist them out.
There is no need to take the oil pans and diff out to do the wheel.
