Hey guys, picking up a spare tire this week, hate the thoughts of getting stuck on the side of the road with my piddly 245 spare! Anyway i was wondering weather any of you have tried or know weather a 35"er will fit in the spare tire location. If not what have you guys located your spare? To me their seems like pleanty of room. Any input would be greatly appreciated!

I've heard a 33" tire will fit, but I don't think a 35" tire will. I may be wrong though. I've never tried it myself.

I've had a 33 inch tire (285/75R16) under my truck for years. No problem fitting at all. I don't know about the 35 though.

I have seen 35's under there. You can do it but depending on the exhaust and hitch you have you might not be able to. I just keep mine in the bed of the truck.

i currently have a 305/65/16 under the bed but need to also try putting my 315 under there since I got bigger tires.

ya, im thinking it'll fit. Ill have to give'r a try here when i pick up the spare. "seems" like pleanty of room.

I have a 33" under mine. It was the only thing that would fit with my exhaust under there.
