i have read here on numurous posts that you set you edge juice to one level and leave it there that way the tranny isn't always relearning. that being said,
my question is ;1) when towing on the weekends and driving back and forth to work during the week is it ok to select level 2 for towing and level 3 for daily driving? and if i plan on towing every weekend does the tranny need to relearn from level 3 to level 2 before hand or can i set the juice from level 3 to level 2 on friday, hook up the 5ver and go without any problems and return it to level 3 on monday for the daily grind? 2)also wondering if going from level 2 to level 4 would be any different for the same situation as above.
i am just about ready to go into the camping and fishing season here and don't have any experince in towing with the new edge that i installed about a month ago. i haven't been able to afford the tranny upgrade yet but i am saving for that.
thanks for any and all replies

My tranny doesn't have to re-learn with the Juice/Attitude. It did have some trouble with the Predator but it was over in a day. I switch the Edge while driving and only notice the power difference and not any shift differences. I know not everyone has this same performance.

Going from a higher level to a lower level won't make much difference.
Going from stock up makes the biggest difference.

I'm constantly changing from 3 up to 5 for playing then down to 1 for towing (15k#).

Just set it and go.

I think its mainly going from stock to chipped that the tranny is in learning mode..not so sure going between levels would do that, doesn't make much sense to me if it does. Its designed to be able to switch on the fly.

thanks for all your input. i like the fact that everyone can share their expeirnces here and pass on some good knowledge to all involved.

looks like i'll be shifting my power setting more often now:cool2:
