Firestones won't work with the B & W turnover. I installed Airlifts on mine, worked great. They mount differently than the Firestones do. Give Kennedy a call, he can help you out, that's where I got mine.

I have the Firestone Ride-Rites and the B+W Turnover Ball on my truck. They fit together no problem. The air bags bolt up in place of the bumpstops above the rear axle. You can find the install instructions here: http://www.truckspring.com/airsprings/firestone/intruct/rrin2250.pdf

I have a VIAIR 350C compressor mounted under the drivers side of the back seat on the shelf behind the underseat storage box. This is on an extended cab truck. I mounted the dual needle Firestone gauge for the bags and a single needle gauge for air tank pressure in a "Trippen mount" in the overhead console. I have the pneumatic switches for the bags mounted in the underside of the overhead console just ahead of the gauges. For a trailer I have a 32' Pace American Shadow enclosed gooseneck car hauler set up with dual 7200# axles and a extra foot of height. Its seems to be a top quality unit, but I am sure there are other brands available for less money.

I've got the firestones w/dual controle. My 2 air preasure and turbo boost gauges are mounted In my A pilar as well as my inflate/deflate buttons. It took many hours to get it all to fit but it looks killer. I'll post a picture if you want.
My compressor is mounted above my spare tire inside the U-shaped cross member. I also put the manual fills on my trailer Plug just in case.

Well, I stand corrected, the firestones I had mounted in the same place the brackets for the B & W do, maybe I had an older set or they revised them??
When I get my air lift bags next week I plan to mount the gauges underneath the drink holders. I scoped it out last week. A-pillar has gauges already, overhead has Trippin attitude mount, brake controller under the dash on the right side. I think it will be slick 'cuz you don't need to see them all the time. Thinking I might try to tie into the "on" button for the rear seat center console radio for the back lights on the guages. I should be pretty cool.......
