Does anyone besides me get a pungent and I mean eye watering odor from the exhaust of the 05 Powerstroke. I've been around diesels for 20 years and have not experienced this type of foul odor and not just the usual smell of diesel but more of a raw fuel smell. The injectors are all good and the engine light has not come on indicating any emissions problems. I could use some feedback here.-:t <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

Mine had a really bad smell for the first 500 miles only when I had the AC on and the truck was stopped. If I placed the air in recirculate it would stop.

yes!!, there has been problems with the exhaust odor. 03 to 04 models with the original 03 engine have had problems with the turbo y-pipe leaking. 05 models I have found, have been missing exhaust manifold washers or loose bolts. Especialy 05 models with automatic tempature control, tend to suck in exhaust gas, when in fresh air mode.
