Some becasue they wanted to see for themselves, some becasue they didnt like the current lift pump solutions and wanted to wait. Even if you dont burst you need a lift pump with the Xtreme. I am running twin fm100's currently and like the set up alot. Liftpump made for diesel with built in filtration and ability to add a heater in a fairly inexpensive package. Very few have gotten away without one, and it has never lasted for to long before they add the lift pump.
