I was looking for a few things on Ebay (extra PMD) and found a great deal on a new PMD that I got for $56 us. I asked the guy if he had resistors and he told me yes. Wanted $20 us for them. I thought that was fair, but desided to check with the local stanadyne dealer. I was shock that the local dealer had them in stock and only wanted $18 can for them. I also asked the about remote cables and they said that they can get them. Going to call me back with pricing.

I have found that GM parts in Canada are not only cheaper due to the exchange rate but also list for less. Manifold gaskets are $10.00 us in the states but are $6.00 Canadian in Canada. Most be part of that drug thing.

If you can get a remote cable, please let me know. I just need to extend for scoping the pmd.

rockauto lists them for $ 4 iirc.

Why not just soder one together?
the IP I obtained has a harness if you have to have a donor.

The only way to get the male end of the connector is to destroy a PMD ( which I did), but it was kludgy. The female connector is easy, I have those. QM, tell me what to look for on RockAuto, please.

Sorry if I confused you. Yes, cutting a PMD for the female connector looks like a pain, I have a pair of dead ones, I could take a wack at it.

I'm going to visit the shop today to see the cable. If he didn't have them or wanted to much for them I was going to take my male end to the junk yard and find something that fits.

I'll let you know the price for the extension later today.
