I finally got a chance to bolt my 22" wheels on today. They totally changed the looks for the truck! I'm just waiting for a ram air hood to come in along with a set of SSBC brakes with red calipers. These will complete the appearence mods. A Suncoast transmission will be going in next week. It will then be time to put some big power to the ground.

The camera at the back of the truck makes it VERY easy for one person to hook up to a trailer. It can be done on the first shot instead of getting in and out many times. This is the view as I was getting ready to back into my driveway at home right around dusk. The image inside the truck is crystal clear. The picture just doesn't show that though :)

This is the view behind the trailer. Good for backing up and seeing what is going on back there while cruising down the road.

Truck and trailer together.

This truck also has a bunch of other mods (2 DVD players, 3 screens, X-Box, satellite radio, painted grill shell, flares and mirrors, stainless steel grill, 6000k HIDs, Edge with Attitude, MBRP exhaust, Volant induction ect..). More pictures can details can be seen at by clicking on the link in my signiture.

My goal is about 500hp at the rear wheels when this is done.

How about a few pics to see how they stick out......what about the ride?

I drove it for about 30 miles last night. The ride is very good. The tires don't stick out to far. Pretty even with the fenders. I can take a few pics of them later today.

Never been a fan of 22's, but damn! Those look sweet. Definitely takes away that big red school bus look - much more proportioned! Keep up the good work...

The screen pictured is in my dash. It's part of the front DVD/radio. I don't have the paperwork handy for the cameras. I can pull that up tomorrow. The top screen pic was taken while sitting at a traffic light and the 2nd was while backing into my driveway at home. The trailer camera also provides a good view on the road. I won't need new mirrors to see back there.

Looks good. I've been contemplating 22's for my truck. What size tires and what kind of tires? Any lift? Is your truck a 2wd or a 4wd?

Regarding the Kenwood - how's the radio/cd performance? Where did you mount the back up camera?

The tires are 305/45/22. Had to cut the bottom off the front bumper and wheelwell plastic. Blends in nice :)

All of the Kenwood functions work great. The unit is tied into the steering wheel controls also. Back-up camera is mounted just above the hitch.

The trailer camera is in the lower center -

A Suncoast transmission went in today. It's going to make these 22s very unhappy! :)

Is your truck 2wd or 4wd? Is your suspension stock height?

Camera install looks great.

Oops, forgot that info. It is a 4WD and the suspension is pretty much stock. I just cranked the torsion bars to raise the nose about an inch.

The cameras are from Vizualogic - http://www.vizualogic.com/hindsight/hindsight_key_features.html
