I'm getting This DTC as a hard code. Considering I put in an aftermarket TCC regulator valve, I'm wondering what to do to fix it?

this is a 94 right are you getting this code b4 you even move the truck hard code just start truck in park and code comes back ??

It's a hard code all the time hot, but shut it down and it will clear for a second sometimes but as soon as the tranny is engaged it's there. Tranny is working fine BTW.

check the resistance of the tcc solenoid disconnect the trans harness conector and check resistance from terminal e to terminal s on the trans side if you look on the harness side they will be the pink wire "power" and the white wire ground through the pcm dont check the harness side im just telling you colors so you can tell which pins on the trans to check tcc sol should be 20 - 40 ohms pink wire should have 12v with ign on

is code there with trans idling in park or you have to put it in gear ?

It does it in park as well as in gear.

if it is open or shorted it means dropping the pan and replacing the tcc solenoid it is the smaller round solenoid that you would have had to take out to have installed the tcc valve you put in

I thought about it last night and remembered the TCC solenoid removal (PITA from below thw valve body) to install the new valve. I think I cracked the plastic on the connector getting it out the first time.
