Is it just me..?? I have been through 2 sets of left and right headlamps...the plastic seems to crack in the same places ea time. Thank god for GOOP..!! the magic adhesive...stuff has saved my (_/\_)more than once.! Felxible, has good strength and will stick to damned near anything.

But this seems to be an ongoing issue. Just curious if others are having this problem..I live in a very cold part of the world while its winter. That may have an affect I am sure..but this is getting ridiculous...damned near as bad as those leaking trans lines..!!

is your hood adjusted properly? maybe its hitting the lenses?

x2, check the Hood Bump Stop to make sure it's keeping good Contact with the Hood. If not, might want to look at the Lip of the Fenders that goes under the Hood and make sure it's not wearing away any of the Paint either from making Contact.

First, when you installed the bugshield, you did elevate the hood stops and latch per the instructions?

The hood must be adjusted high enough that it almost looks stupid from the side.
