As some of you know the edge doesnt recalibrate the speedo on the truck. I can get a Used Hypertech III Hand held programmer really cheap and was wondering since it does recalibrate speedo and raises the rev and speed limiters , and runs diagnostics codes, can i use it along with the edge? Not wanting to stack them for more power was just gonna use it to recalibrate speedo and rev and speed limiters.

Is this possible? and how would i go about doing it? do i unhook the edge while doing the hypertech stuff?

I use a Hypertech Max energy programmer on mine for performance and am using the edge for the gauges. Have had no problems with mine.

Can you use the Attitude monitor with a Hypertech III?

I have had the HT III for about a year and about 10,000 miles. I have had it set on level 3 since installed. Never a problem, i have even left it on 3 while plowing ( thats because i forgot about it) and towing. If i can remember from the HT website level 3 is about 100hp. I am thinking of switching to Edge/ Attitude. If i make the switch and want to leave it on level 4 (90 hp) Is there anything wrong with that? I have read up on Edge and people are saying to not go above level 3, and use 4 and 5 sometimes. Thanks Rich
