The right side torsion bar crossmember mount on my truck has about a 1/4" of up and down play in it. The left side has no play in it. Can this be tightened or do I need to replace the bushing or mount?. Thanks.

You have to replace the mount. You will have to air-chisel the rivets out, and bolt the new one in place. You will also need a t-bar unloading tool.

I also have the same problem with my mounts on both sides. I noticed it when I did the green key swap. Do you know if my warranty would cover this work?:o:
