is it just that one is dual and the other is single? any performance differences? I want whatever exhaust system they have that yields the highest power gains and cant really figure it out, any input appreciated.......

409 will get surface rust if you drive where road salt is used

The T-304 and T-409 simply refer to the type of stainless steel used to make the system--both the single and dual systems can be had in each type of stainless.
The T-304 is the highest grade of stainless commonly used--it carries a lifetime warranty and will probably resist rusting better.
The T-409 carries a five year warranty and is excellent quality as well. You will not see any performance gains between just the types of stainless or the dual vs. single for that matter.
The duals are a "cool factor" type of thing.

RUNNINHORN,
The 304 is non magnetic and has a high content of nickel and chromium, hence the cost difference. The 409 is a magnetic stainless and is basically what comes on the stock truck. The 304 has a lifetime warranty, whicle 409 is 5 years. Give us a call and we will be glad to help you.
The 409 stainless systems are approx 312.00 less than the 304 systems if you need a comparision etc.
