The T-304 is the highest grade of stainless commonly used--it carries a lifetime warranty and will probably resist rusting better. The T-409 carries a five year warranty and is excellent quality as well. You will not see any performance gains between just the types of stainless or the dual vs. single for that matter. The duals are a "cool factor" type of thing. Mark Craig 04-04-2005, 01:26 PM RUNNINHORN, The 304 is non magnetic and has a high content of nickel and chromium, hence the cost difference. The 409 is a magnetic stainless and is basically what comes on the stock truck. The 304 has a lifetime warranty, whicle 409 is 5 years. Give us a call and we will be glad to help you.
