anybody got pics of the autometer Ultralite's at night? i think these are the ones i want.

Search this forum for "show me your gauges" I think there are some pics of ultralites in there.

Heres a shot of mine...these have the LED installed.

Ultralite I or Ultralite II's - The II's are behind the lense lighting, the I's are around the dial.

I had the I's and honestly I couldnt read them at night. I switched to the Ultralite II's and am much happier! The II's come with the LED lighting already and were easier for me to read. I do need glasses though; honestly. I might have been able to make them out with help for my eyes.

I will agree that I's are a bit hard to see at night. The LED upgrade did help alot and I would recomend them.

I have the I's and would get the II's if i could do it again. they are tuff to see at night like others have said and if you get the blue LEDs the needle looks pink.

yeah the I's do seem dim, but i think the II's are alittle too much. Anything to compromise with in between?

The II's on the A pillar are too bright at night even on the factory dash dimmer. Autometer sell an LED dimmer so you can turn them down a bit.
