Please help. i have codes P0204,P0206,P0207. The injectors 4,6,7,. It makes a horrible loud clanging from the motor. What is this problem usally?? Anyone have quick help? its been cold here like 5 to 10 degrees everyday.And it seemed like i had troubles with it running rough behind cars with snow dust.

Use the search button for ice pick fix or injector harness rub. Two common problems with the LLY. Look at the harness coming from the Bosch ecm. It is zip tied to the altenator bracket and will rub threw and short out some injector circuits. Take a look and tell us what you find.

How could i fix if it did rub them. something the dealer would have to do??

Just peel back the harness coating and seperate the rubbed wires. Use liquid electric tape or wrap them in electric tape individually. Put coating back on. Get a 6 inch piece of 1" heater hose. Split it length wise. Put it over the rubbed area and zip tie it all down.

The harness is located to the right side (passenger side) of the alternator. It is tied down with a tie strap! The sharp corner of the FICM bracket cuts into the harness causing a short.

ok guys i had that fixed rubbing through the harness. BUT NOW IT STILL RUNS LIKE SHIT IN SNOW DUST. IT WANTS TO BUCK AND VIBRATE AND RUN LOUD???
