My 04 Chevy 3500 white smokes all the time it has 150000 miles and has never really been abused could this be injectors and do you think it is covered under the extended warranty?

All depnds on the dealer. Some will, some will not. You may have to try a couple differant dealers until you find one that will.

And yes, the smoke probably is for sure injectors.

Is there any fuel in the oil? Does sound like normal injector symptom.

04 only had 100,000 warranty so I don't know that it will matter what dealer you find.

Look for a used set in the marketplace have them extrude honed and put them in.

Im waiting to get my new injectors in on Tues. GM should cover the cost if the truck is under 200k or 7 years old.

Well it also depends on how cold it gets too, if you start the truck and get white blue smoke at first, yes it prob is the injectors. But if it is smoking white all the time, and its very cold out. That just a diesel engine for ya.. Diesel fumes will always smoke a white cloud in cold weather no matter how long its been running.. Mine is sitting at an idle right now for about 20 min since start up and still smokin white............. trust me its normal
