anyuone know if a Genesis programmer (like a Tech II) will connect and program a BCM or DDM?

no.... you gotta have the manufactuer specific scan tool to re-program.... last shop i worked in while active duty had all the very best of all the different ones, the genisis wouldn't do any more than read/clear codes and run tests. had to get the make specific scan tool to reprogram.
