I'm taking in my truck next week to have the tsb done for the LBZ intake and I don't want to have a problem with this. Do I need to take it back to stock? I already know I need to remove the egr blocker plate. Thanks!

Depends on the dealer.

I'd say its worth an attempt to make it look as factory as possible. Some dealers will permanantly void or 'blacklist' a warranty if they see that modifications have been done.

It's worth your time and possible cash to revert it back.
