I have an 05 silvy. I didnt get the stock fog lights when i bought the truck. Now I want them. Is the wiring tied up somewhere under the hood and wiring for the switch in the cab. I know i need the relay and switch, but what i want to know is if the wires are all there. Also do i need my computer reflashed?

I'm not sure about the 05, my 07 also did not come with fogs. GM sells a complete fog lamp kit that contains everything needed to add factory fog lamps including a new lower bezel, wiring harness and complete installation instructions. The entire kit cost about $250 and as I said, it contained everything needed to add fogs. It could be the same kit works for the 05 but check with your local dealer's parts dept.
