HAS ANYONE PURCHASED A GMPP MAJOR GUARD VEHICLE REPAIR POLICY THRU BLACK PONTIAC CADILLAC FOR THERE TRUCK??

ANY FEEDBACK WOULD BE APPRECIATED. THERE PRICES SEEM VERY GOOD AND YOU KNOW WHAT THEY SAY ABOUT A DEAL THAT IS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE.

MY OTHER QUESTION IS DON'T YOU HAVE TO PURCHASE THE GMPP POLICY FROM THE DEALER WERE YOU BUY YOU BY YOUR TRUCK??

I bought a GMPP policy for my Yukon XL from them without any problems. They were the cheapest around and the easiest to work with. Had the Yukon in for warranty work and was taken care of with out any hassles. I would do it. In fact I went to my dealer for the warranty first and got sick of the dance...

Thankful

TX-DMAX said this under a different topic:

"I bought the GMPP extended warranty when I bought the truck new. Truck has 51,250 miles now. The Service Engine Soon light came on this morning, drove right to the dealer. At 2 pm Service manager called and said that my Fuel Filter Head Heater had shorted out and they had to replace the whole filter head and here is the kicker. THE GMPP EXTENDED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER THIS PART. So I had to pay the $100 deductible on the 100,000 engine warranty. I ask what does this extended warranty cover and he said allot of things, but not the Fuel Filter Head. So I don't know if it is worth the money or not for the extended warranty."

I won't get one. The engine already has a 5 year 100,000 mile warranty. Two extra years on your bumper to bumper costs around $1,400.
