I am considering the purchase of a RAM 3500 to tow a 12,000 to 14,000 lb. fifth wheel. Are there suspension modifications available that will smooth out the ride when the truck is empty and not reduce it's load capacity? Thanks for any help.

Have you heard of problems with airbags blowing out under load or issues caused by the shorter travel of airbags?

it should ride like a 2500 it has overload spring that comes into play once its loaded
