Help us help you....
What have you checked.
How is the coolant level? What is cold, plus or minus 40, or what?
Was coolant on the ground before start up? How long after start up?
What is the antifreeze strength?
When engine warm, do you have heat from cabin heater? Temp showing on the gauge? Is the upper rad hose hot?
When the engine is stone cold the next morning, is there pressure on the upper rad hose.?
Let us know.

Injector seals leaking coolant were a problem on LB7 engines-- not the LLY engine, because they did not use injector cups. :D
