Does anyone know the best location to mount the edge module under the hood. mine currently is mounted on the left side battery but was wonding about cold air sneaking in on it. I think i read once about tying ot to the upper radiator hose. anyone done this or any other ideas.

My edge module is velcroed to the top of the fuse box under the hood.I have not had any problems with it getting hot or not working like some have.It has been installed for about 40K miles so far and still going strong.

on early model Edge modules there was a cold/hot issue for the folks living is very cold areas. the winter fix was attaching it to the upper radiator hose to keep the module warm. If it's a newer/later model edge than attaching it to the fuse box will work just fine.
