i have the dc-1 blacks on my truck and i like the looks of them but there not holding up to the salt very well at all. they are clear coated so i can't polish them. so i can't imagine what the polished aluminum would do in the winters.

Do you think the black DC-1s would be good living where there is no salt on the roads?

I have a set on a 2500 dodge and they didn't hold up well to salt or break dust even when you wash often. I bought them because they were cheap. When you buy wheels you get what you pay for imo.

Here is my problem. First, as stated before, they don't stand up well at all to salt and brake dust. Second, they don't seem to hold a polish for very long. Third, I have been having a terrible time keeping valve stems from leaking. Fourth, the offset on the 16x8 wheel is wrong (you have to trim the lower valance and 265/75r16 tire rub at full lock).

Great feedback guys thanks. the main reason i was looking at these is because of the price but if i'm gonna have problems with them then not a good choice. mainly i wanna get a wider stance and fit a 33" tire
