I've got a 4" Banks monster exhaust on my ext cab, long bed truck. The muffler works well, but I'm starting to get a little tired of the drone. Is there a muffler than allows the free air flow but is a lot closer to stock in sound than the Banks? I assume I can just replace the Banks with a different muffler.
Thanks.

The hushpower from Flowmaster would be the best choice IMHO. PM if you need a price quote.

I get that same drone between 55mph and 65mph. What you need to do is put a MBRP 4" diesel resonator inline where the DPF used to be if you are straight piped. If you have a filter back system then basically go with the Flowmaster :)

Corsa. Sounds completely stock in the cab, no drone at all.

Quieter but has an awesome deep tone when you rip into it.

I have one on my truck, which Mark installed and I love it. No more droan, and it really does have a nice deep tone when you get it in

try just getting a muffler delete. I was concerned about not running a muffler when I went with the banks, and all reality, I cant tell any difference inside the cab with the muffler delete. I ordered it directly from Banks. Definatly NO DRONE, and QUIET. Even outside the truck it is QUIET!
