Anybody know where I can find an online Allison 1000 transmission manual? The reason I ask is my dad toasted the tranny after 42,000mi of Banks SG/SL level 6 abuse:D . He has an 04 ec/sb 4X4 LB7. He cant go forward in any gears but can go in reverse. My dad has a special deal with the dealer where the dealer pays him to do the warranty work( My dad is a mechanic and doesnt trust anybody else working on it). My dad has to tear it down for a factory rep to look at it and needs a manual now. Also any body have any idea about which clutch pack(s) might be toast?

After reading your entire post, I don't believe that what I sent you is what you need. I know it will not help you to tear the transmission apart.

You can order one from Allison online, but if you go to your local Allison dealer they should have some.
