I started the truck today an let it warm up. Usually I back it out of the shed to warm up. Today I left it in the pole barn with both 10x14 doors open. Put the heat on high. Came back and the shed was a little cloudy. In the truck it had a strong diesel exhaust smell. After work it still was strong.
Finally my question:
Will it just go away? Need an air freshener? If it has a cabin air filter does that need to be changed?
Thanks

It should go away. You don't have cabin filters , they stopped that in 02.
