So I called Banks and they put me on the phone with some punk, who sat there and told me that the stuff I have on my truck is crap in comparison with banks. He also said other companies will just push you buy there stuff without showing the research. He then tried to sell me an inter-cooler for a truck that they didnt have any test data on. Oh and by the way he thinks that you guys are full of crap and work for the competitors of Banks. What a frickin donkey. When you call someone up to ask about a 1300 part, you figure they might be nice. I think this guy was just a Chevy hater. Once I mentioned that my chevy, with the junk parts on it, was eating up the fords in this town he stopped talking.......

Sorry for the rant, just irratated and some 20yr old kid on the phone telling me that he has a degree in engineering and knows everything.

Yeah, those diploma mills churn out engineering degrees every day. It's a shame the employees at Banks don't have an open mind... NO ONE makes "The Best" that covers every application out there! Anyone that claims that, is full of S**T! Just my opinion.

I've had a guy from there call me several times trying to push me into buying their stuff too. He says they have higher hp and torque numbers than anyone else on the market. I told him I had already bought a Predator and was very happy with its performance. His reply, "I'm not familiar with their product". How does one know they're the best without also knowing the competition? Another thing he tried to sell me was their $750 cat-back exhaust that is far and away better than MBRP or anything else made, thats why the price is so high. He told me I'm paying for a higher quality, better engineered product. I used to think Banks was good stuff, which it may be, but I could really care less about their God-like attitude. That has really turned me off of their products no matter how "good" they may or may not be.

I just bought a exhaust from Banks $550.00 and I can say I am pleased with the product. However, I am disppointed in their phone support (bad attitude) and do not plan to purchase more of their product.
