I have a buddy who runs a trucking company. We struck up a conversation the other day when I asked him if he had any 10 lug wheels laying around...he said sure do :D. So pretty much he can get the 22.5 or 24s. I'm still in the early stages of thinking of doing this on my 06 LBZ. But I went by his shop this past weekend and saw a rig with some 22.5 Alcoas...and damn I fell in love. I feel I definitely want to do this down the road but with a SAS, when time & money permits.

So I'm wondering, in order to do this on a SRW setup, would I use 2 sets of front wheels? Who could I purchase the adapters from or could I build my own? I searched here but only found DRW GMs...and sure did look slick. Thanks ahead of time.

There is a garage on here with a white truck in Fla with 22.5 Alcoa singles. Do not know the name but the truck is wild.

The wide 22.5" tires are called "Super Singles" they have been used on Dually's a number of times. Southwest Wheel in Texas would be a place to start.
