I'm not quite there yet. I do that my 30k service will be a little overpriced though, I'm doing the full service PLUS when I have the Allison drained and new fluids put in I'm going to opt for the Deep Pan and the Castrol Transynd. This should add a couple hundred bucks at least, but from what I've read the Allison like the Transynd much better. (and for much longer)

Can someone fill me in on what all needs to be serviced at the 30k mark on the LMMs? I will be there shortly:cool:

I didn't know you had to drain and relace the trans and converter fluids every 30k:eek: I figured atleast every 70k on a diesel. Is this really true?

I was in for dealer service a couple weeks ago and priced it at $1100-1200.

Good thing I will be doing most of it myself.
